Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the trial is at final stage, he, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 2.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

At this stage, ld. counsel for the petitioner states that the I.O. has not been appearing before the Trial Court for the last many dates of hearing. He further submits that the next date fixed before the Trial Court is 30.08.2024. 4.

Ld. APP for the State, on instructions, states that IO shall appear before the Trial Court on the next date of hearing and in this regard, necessary directions will also be issued.
