By this application the petitioner seeks permission to inspect the passport of baby Raina which has been placed before this Court. The application is allowed. The passport which is lying sealed before the Deputy Registrar concerned be de-sealed by the Deputy Registrar, where the petitioner and her counsel may inspect the same. Respondent no. 4 and his counsel may also remain present. After the inspection is carried out, it should be re-sealed by the Deputy Registrar concerned. It should be ensured that the same is not in any way tampered with.

Let the parties appear for inspection before the Deputy Registrar concerned on 22.05.2018 at 4.00 P.M.

The application stands disposed of.
