This suit was filed by the Plaintiff for a decree of partition in respect of movable and immovable assets of late Shri Shanti Swarup Sareen and late Smt. Vimal S. Sareen as also for a decree of permanent injunction restraining the Defendants from creating third party rights and interest in the suit property.

During the pendency of the present suit, parties were referred before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre to explore the possibility of amicable settlement vide order dated 26.07.2022. Parties have amicably settled their disputes and Settlement Agreement has been executed and signed on 05.10.2024, incorporating the terms of the settlement, which is placed on record. In view of the settlement, learned counsels for the parties jointly submit that the suit be decreed in terms of the settlement. Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 05.10.2024, which shall form part of the decree and the terms incorporated therein shall bind the parties thereto. 4.

Suit is disposed of along with pending applications.
