This petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of undertaking given at the time of the first motion on 20th August 2024 in breach of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) dated 1st July 2024. It was alleged that respondent/husband has not signed the second motion. 2.

Mr Sundeep Sehgal, counsel for petitioner appears and states that they have received a signed copy of the second motion from the respondent. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with right to revive the same in case there is any continued infraction.
