Counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been settled in mediation proceedings before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The settlement agreement dated 18th October, 2024, has been placed on record. The settlement agreement bears the signatures of the authorized representatives of the plaintiffs and the defendants. 3.

I have gone through the terms of the settlement agreement and do not find anything unlawful therein.

4.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 5.

The suit is decreed in terms of the settlement agreement which shall form part of the decree.

6.

Let the decree sheet be drawn up.

In view of the fact that the matter has been settled at the Mediation Centre, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the Plaintiff, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 read with Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
