The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:
"(i) Set-aside the impugned Judgment and Order dated 21.01.2020 passed by the Court of Shri Kuldeep Narayan, Ld. Additional Sessions Judge-04, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, in Criminal Revision No.l4 of 2020, titled as "Aditya Yadav & Others Vs. The State & Another";
(ii) Quash F.I.R. No.27 of 2020 dated 17.01.2020, registered at Police Station Pandav Nagar, Delhi, against the Petitioners; The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. (iii) Pass any such other/ or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper on the facts and in the circumstances of the case in favour of the Petitioners and against the Respondents." 2.
Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the final report in the present case has been filed before the Court of competent jurisdiction on 19.04.2024.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the latter, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law, if need so arises.
