By way of this writ petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has made the following prayers:- (i) To direct the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to take a necessary action against the respondent Nos.5 to 7 in the interest of justice; (ii) To direct the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to recollect the evidence and statement of the petitioner to take a necessary action against the respondent Nos.5 to 7.

Notice. Mr.Rahul Mehra, St. Counsel for the State while accepting notice of this writ petition submits that investigation is already in progress and necessary steps have already been taken.

In view of the above submissions having been given on behalf of learned Standing Counsel for the State, no further directions are required to be passed in the matter.

The writ petition is dismissed.
