The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner has received a sum of ₹70 lakhs in full and final discharge of the amount due and, therefore, the award stands satisfied. 2.

It is seen that Mr Brijender Khandelwal (Director of the Respondent Company) was arrested pursuant to the order dated 31.10.2017 passed by this Court. On 24.11.2017, this Court passed an order directing his release as the parties had reported that they had settled their disputes. This was also subject to furnishing of the personal bond of ₹1 lakh with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. 3.

Since it is now reported that the amount due to the petitioner has been fully discharged, it is directed that the surety and the personal bonds furnished by Mr Brijender Khandelwal to the Jail Superintendent be also

released forthwith.

No further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
