Learned counsel for the respondent appearing through video conferencing submits that the petitioner, in compliance of the order dated 04.11.2025, paid and cleared all the requisite dues as on date, as also filed an affidavit to that effect as well 2.

Accordingly, since an affidavit in compliance of order dated 10.10.2025 has already been filed as also the pending dues have been cleared by the petitioner, there is nothing surviving in the present petition. 3.

In view thereof, the present petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms of the said order dated 04.11.2025as also the affidavit in compliance filed by the petitioner thereafter.
