% 08.02.2018 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 are known to each other as they are residing in nearby colonies. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue which led to registration of FIR No. 1351/2017 under Sections 365/342/323/34 IPC at police station Aman Vihar on the complaint of respondent no.2.

It is further submitted that with the intervention of common friends and family members, petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably in terms of Compromise Deed dated 3rd January, 2018, therefore, aforesaid FIR may be quashed.

Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by ASI Surinder Singh of police station Aman Vihar. He submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioner of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, he has no objection in case the FIR is

quashed.

Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 voluntarily and respondent no.2 has no objection in quashing of the FIR, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
