% 03.11.2016 The order dated 25.04.2016 related to plot No.47 Village Jasola, New Delhi. The alleged illegal construction was noted and action was directed to be taken against that plot; direction was given to the statutory bodies. This matter was taken up in appeal by the private respondent i.e. by respondent No.3. His submission was that he has not been heard before this Court. Matter was remanded back to this Court. Respondent No.3 has been heard today. He informs this Court that although admittedly the direction related to plot No.47, Village Jasola, New Delhi, respondent No. 1/SDMC is trying to demolish his property which is admittedly not plot No.47 but plot No.181. This Court is absolutely at a loss to understand how this argument can be canvassed before this Court as admittedly the order

with the SDMC relates to plot No.47 and armed with that order, it cannot be imagined that respondent No. 1/SDMC would touch the property of any other person including plot No.181. Be that as it may, respondent No. 1/SDMC is directed to be careful and is warned that it can only implement the directions contained in the order dated 25.04.2016.

No further orders are called for on this petition. It is disposed of.
