% 13.02.2018 The value of this suit is less than Rs.1 crore. Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the matter be transferred to the appropriate court in Saket.

It has also been pointed out that in terms of the office order, the matter was originally transferred to the concerned District Court but was sent back to the Delhi High Court in view of order No.

5456/DHC/Orgl./2016 dated 28.04.2016. Learned counsel for the plaintiff points out that on 24.07.2016 a new notification was issued regarding transfer that all the suits pending in the Delhi High Court on the original side below the value Rs. 1 crore except cases in which final judgment has been reserved are to be transferred to the jurisdiction of the subordinate court. In view of the said notification, the present suit is liable to be transferred to the appropriate District Court, Saket.

The matter stands transferred to the District Judge, (South East), Saket, New Delhi.

The parties to appear before the said District Judge for 05.04.2018. Complete record be sent to the said court.
