The present petition under Section 528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers: - "a) quash the entire unfair error concocted charge sheet FIR of the present FIR of the present case/FIR No. 55/2023 U/s 170 IPC, 66 (C) LT Act qua the petitioner which is pending before Ld. CMM, Patiala House Court, New Delhi.

b. Pass an order direction seeking the timely indulgence of the Han 'ble Court to invoke the parameter of law.

c. Pass an order or further orders that the his Hon'ble Court may deem, fit appropriate interest in the justice."
