Respective counsel for the parties submit that the disputes between the parties which are the subject matter of the present petition have been settled under Vivad se Vishwas-II (Contractual Disputes) Scheme. A settlement agreement dated 22.07.2024 has been arrived between the parties and a copy of the same has been placed on record. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the requisite payment in terms of the said settlement agreement has already been received by the respondent.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. 4.
