% 31.07.2019 In the above captioned first petition, quashing of FIR No. 168/2016, under Sections 354/323/506/509 of IPC and in the above captioned second petition, quashing of FIR No. 89/2017 under Sections 354/323/325/345/506/509/34 of IPC, both registered at police station Inderpuri, New Delhi, is sought by petitioners. Learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw these petitions with liberty to file fresh petitions with complete particulars. Accordingly, these petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
