% 31.07.2019 Mahesh Kumar, the petitioner, Smt. Nisha Rani, his wife and Master Ishit and Master Rishi, their minor children are present in court today and we have interacted with them.

Mahesh Kumar, the petitioner admits that the minor children of the parties are currently in the care, protection and custody of his wife Smt.Nisha Rani and undertakes that he shall not try to meet with his children without an order in this behalf passed by the Court of competent jurisdiction. In response, Smt. Nisha Rani undertakes that minor children shall regularly attend A.S.N. Senior Secondary School, Mayur Vihar, Phase-I,

Delhi, where they are studying henceforth.

Above undertakings are hereby accepted leaving the parties to comply with them without demur.
