versus UNION OF INDIA AND ORS.
..... Respondents Through
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU
O R D E R
% 26.11.2018 CM No.4661/2018 1.
Allowed, subject to all just exceptions W.P.(C) 1114/2018 2.
The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "(A) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the Respondents No.1 to 3 to accept the Form 24 filed by the Petitioners on 20.10.2016 and strike off the name of the Petitioner No.1; As per Decision dated 26.12.2017"
3.
The petitioners grievance, essentially, is that the form for striking off name of the petitioner no.1 as a LLP from the Register maintained by the respondents, has not been accepted. Mr P. Nagesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners have since received a
notice dated 23.05.2018 calling upon the petitioners to show cause why the petitioner no.1 not be dissolved. He states that this is the object for which the petitioner was seeking acceptance of the form (form 24) and therefore, the grievance in this regard does not survive. He seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh if a cause so arises. 4.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. VIBHU BAKHRU, J NOVEMBER 26, 2018 MK
