In terms of orders dated 31.07.2024, 29.11.2024 and 04.03.2025, process fee has not been filed for effecting service upon respondent no.1.

In view of this conduct of counsel for the petitioner, list the matter before the Hon'ble Court on 27.11.2025 for further directions."
