TR.P.(C.) 83/2025 By way of the present petition filed under section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the petitioner seeks transfer of probate proceedings bearing PC No. 9/2025 pending before the learned District Judge-05, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to this court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, that the ground for seeking transfer is that upon a valuation of the properties listed in the schedule TR.P.(C.) 83/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. to Will dated 21.02.2022, it is found that their cumulative value exceeds Rs. 02 crores; and therefore, the learned District Judge does not have the pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain that petition. 4.
Mr.
Bhaskar Tripathi, learned counsel appears on behalf of respondents Nos.2 to 5 on advance copy; accepts notice; and does not oppose the transfer.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed, thereby transferring PC No. 9/2025 from the learned District Judge-05, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to this court.

The learned District Judge is directed to transmit the record of PC No. 9/2025 to this court within 02 weeks.

The Registry is directed to thereafter list the matter before the appropriate Roster Bench.

The petition stands disposed-of, in the above terms. 9.
