The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.50/2016 registered under Sections 186/353/307 IPC and Sections 25/27 Arms Act at PS Special Cell. Status report and additional status report are on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2016. No one sustained any injury in the incident.

It was informed that the petitioner is involved in number of other criminal cases.

A detailed list showing the petitioner's involvement in various cases has been placed on record. Perusal of the list, however, reveals that out of 95 cases registered against the petitioner, in 65 cases he was released as the cases were untraced due to non-recovery of the case property or lack of evidence. 8 cases have since been compounded.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
