The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition, being satisfied with the action taken by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD").

Learned counsel appearing for the MCD submits that requisite action has already been taken by the MCD against the unauthorized construction existing in the property in question on 18th August, 2025 and 28th August, 2025. He draws the attention of this Court to the Status Report dated 29th August, 2025, filed on behalf of the MCD.

The MCD is bound to take any further action, as may be required to be taken against the unauthorized construction existing in the property in question bearing House No. 1402E, Khasra No. 93, Gali No. 13, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
