The present writ petition has been filed challenging the Show Cause Notice dated 17th April, 2025, issued by the respondent no. 1, on the ground that the same is in violation of the Principles of Natural Justice. 2.
This Court notes the submission on behalf of learned counsel appearing for respondent-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") that hearing has already been granted to the petitioner. She further submits that, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. in terms of the direction by way of order dated 07th August, 2025 passed in W.P.(C) 11797/2025, demarcation of the area shall be carried out. She further submits that no coercive action shall be taken till the proceedings pertaining to the Show Cause Notice are brought to their logical conclusion. 3.
The aforesaid statement is taken note of.

Accordingly, considering the submissions made before this Court, it is directed that no coercive action shall be taken by the respondent-MCD, till the pendency of the proceedings before it and till demarcation process, as directed in W.P.(C). 11797/2025, is completed. 5.
It is directed that no action shall be taken till a Speaking Order is passed by the MCD, and such protection shall extend for a further period of two weeks, after the Speaking Order is passed. 6.
In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the Speaking Order passed by the MCD, he shall have the liberty to seek his remedies, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition, along with the pending application, is accordingly disposed of.
