Learned APP for State, on instructions of the IO, submits that the investigating agency has not lodged any FIR against the petitioner as no cognizable offence is made out against it during the preliminary investigation.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the light of the aforesaid submission made by the learned APP for the State, the present petition may be disposed of.

In view of the above, I do not find any reason to keep the present petition pending. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of along with pending applications, if any.
