% 01.05.2017 CM No. 16098/2017 (by R- 1 to 8 for correction) The case has been settled in the Lok Adalat.

The respondents had agreed to the deduction of the awarded amount by Rs. 5,05,000/-, however, the reduction has been recorded as Rs. 5,50,000/-. This application seeks correction of the order.

There is no opposition of the application. The learned counsel for the appellant - insurance company, submits that the reduction agreed to was of Rs. 5,05,000/-.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.
