After some arguments, learned counsels for the parties submit that in view of the fresh development in the form of a fresh affidavit being directed to be filed by the petitioners, the Mahila Court may hear the arguments afresh on interim maintenance without being influenced by the earlier proceedings. Ordered accordingly.

The Mahila Court shall consider the petitioner's request for early disposal of the interim maintenance application. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of alongwith the pending applications.
