O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the FIR bearing no. 19/208 under Sections 420/406/120B of the IPC, registered with PS Nabi Karim and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. 2.

The said FIR was registered at the instance of the Citizen Cooperative Bank Ltd. (respondent no.2). The authorised representative (Mr J.P. Srivastava) of the said complainant is present in Court and he is identified by the Investigating Officer.

Mr Srivastava states that respondent no. 2 has no grievance against the petitioners and has resolved all differences and disputes with them. He further states that the complainant bank has received all amounts as due from the petitioners and it, thus, has no further claims against the petitioners.

The petitioners are also present in Court and states that they have resolved all disputes with respondent no.2 in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 03.12.2019, arrived at before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. A copy of the said Settlement Agreement has been placed on record.

In view of the statements made by the petitioners and the authorised representative of respondent no.2, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and FIR bearing No. 19/208 under Sections 420/406/120B of the IPC, registered with PS Nabi Karim and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. 7.
