Learned Counsel for the Union of India submits that the Petitioner had been debarred from entering as a tourist guide to all the Centrally Protected Monuments under the ASI, Delhi Circle only for a period of six months with effect from 07.06.2023. He states that since the period of six months is over, the present writ petition has become infructuous and now there is no impediment for the Petitioner to resume his profession of acting as a tourist guide to all the Centrally Protected Monuments under the ASI, Delhi.

In view of the above statement made by the learned Counsel for the Union of India, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
