The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent nos. 1 and 2, to take requisite action against the unauthorized construction being raised by respondent nos. 3 and 4 in the properties bearing Nos. 760, 761, 762 and 763, Gali Juter Wali, Chowk Sui Walan, Darya Ganj, Delhi-110002.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 1-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") submits that the properties in question were found to be old and occupied. He further submits that no on-going unauthorized construction was found to be taking place in the properties in question. properties in question.

It is pointed out that the petitioner had earlier filed writ petition bearing No. W.P.(C) 3354/2025, with respect to properties bearing Nos. 764 and 765, Gali Juter Wali, Chowk Sui Walan, Darya Ganj, Delhi-110002. 4.

It is submitted that against the said properties bearing Nos. 764 and 765, action has been taken on 24th June, 2025 and 18th August, 2025.

Accordingly, considering the statement made by the learned counsel for MCD, no further orders are required to be passed in the present matter. 6.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 3 and 4 submits that he may be granted liberty to seek remedies, in accordance with law.

Liberty is so granted.

Noting the aforesaid, the present writ petition, along with the pending application, stands disposed of.
