The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents to demolish the illegal construction of building at property bearing No. C-8/5, Sector-15, Rohini, North-West Delhi, Delhi-110085, and to stay the ongoing illegal construction in the said property. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1, i.e., Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), appearing on advance notice, has handed over copy of the Show Cause Notice dated 19th May, 2025. The document submitted by the MCD, is taken on record.

By referring to the aforesaid document, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1, i.e., MCD, submits that the unauthorized construction existing in the property, already stands booked and requisite action shall be taken, accordingly.

property, it is directed that requisite action shall be taken by the MCD with the assistance of the local police, after following the due process of law. In case of any ongoing construction, the same shall be stopped, forthwith. 5.

It is directed that the action taken by the MCD, shall be uploaded on the website of the Special Task Force ("STF"), constituted by the Supreme Court.

In case the petitioner is aggrieved by any non-action on the part of the MCD, the petitioner shall have the liberty to approach the STF in terms of the directions by the Division Bench of this Court, vide judgment dated 20th September, 2018, in the case of Devender Versus Govt. of NCT of Delhi and Ors., in W.P.(C) 1807/2018 and order dated 23rd April, 2019, in the case of Fazruddin Versus DDA and Ors., in W.P.(C) 4649/2017. 7.

Rights and contentions of the parties are left open. It is clarified that in case the owner/occupier of the property is aggrieved by any action on behalf of the MCD, he shall have the liberty to seek his remedies, in accordance with law.

In view of the fact that requisite action has already been initiated by the MCD, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court, at this stage.

Accordingly, the present writ petition, along with the pending application, stands disposed of.
