O R D E R

The present petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent no. 1 to demolish the illegal construction of juice kiosk at the Shaft Area of 81B, A-2, Mayur Vihar, Phase-3, New Delhi-110096, as constructed by respondent no.3.

As per the Status Report dated 01st December, 2025 filed by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), the encroachment in question has already been removed.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that despite the encroachment removal action, the said encroachment has come back, and the juice kiosk has been re-constructed. 4.

Accordingly, the MCD is directed to ensure that further action against The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 08/12/2025 at 12:45:14

the encroachment, which is the subject matter of the present writ petition, is taken expeditiously.

The MCD, as well as the Station House Officer ("SHO") of local Police Station, shall ensure that the encroachment does not re-surface. 6.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition is accordingly, disposed of.
