O R D E R

% 14.11.2019 In view of the status reports filed on behalf of the Delhi Police, including the latest status report dated 13th November, 2019, authored by Mr. Vijay Pal Dahiya, Station House Officer, Police Station-Badarpur, Delhi; learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the latter, who is present in Court, limits the relief in the writ petition to seeking a direction to the State, to transfer the investigation into FIR No. 0214/2019, registered under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Badarpur, to the Anti- Human Trafficking Unit (A.H.T.U.) of the Delhi Police.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of, with a direction to the Delhi Police transferring the investigation in the subject FIR to the AntiHuman Trafficking Unit (A. H. T. U.), South East District, Delhi,

forthwith, to be supervised by the DCP of the concerned District. No further directions are called for.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties under the signature of the court Master.
