The present application has been filed by the plaintiff seeking withdrawal of the present suit.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of defendant nos. 1 to 7 submits that he has no objection in case the present application is allowed. He further points out that other defendants were never served in the matter. 6.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the plaintiff is permitted to withdraw the suit.

Accordingly, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn along with all the pending application(s), if any.

The next date 03.12.2024 fixed before the learned Joint Registrar stands cancelled.
