At this stage (05:15 pm) learned counsel for accused/applicants has appeared and submits that she got held up in other court. 4.
On being pointed out the old pendency of these two bail applications and the writ petition, learned counsel for accused/applicants/petitioners seeks and is granted liberty to file fresh bail applications and an application for restoration of the writ petition.

Having examined the FIR coupled with contents of pdf page 89, 90 and the MoU at pdf 131 onwards, I find substance in the request that at least till filing fresh applications, the accused/applicants be protected from arrest. 6.
Since the accused/applicants had been granted interim protection from arrest by way of order dated 16.04.2025, it is directed that for a period of three working days from today, the accused/applicants shall not be arrested so that they may file fresh bail applications.
