At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner/tenant in this petition and application seeks permission to withdraw the same as he has already surrendered the keys of the subject premises on 01.05.2023 before the execution court. Learned counsel for respondent/landlord submits that although the keys have been surrendered as aforesaid but he is not certain about the date. Be that as it may, in view of above circumstances, both the petition and the application are dismissed as withdrawn.
