We have perused the order dated 20th May 2025, and noted the categorical statement made, on instructions, by Mr. Sameer Vashisht, Standing Counsel (Civil) appearing for respondent/Government NCT of Delhi (GNCTD). The statement speaks of the RCS continuing with the audit of the petitioner/Society.

In such an eventuality, the claim of petitioner that respondent be directed to conduct the audit stood redressed. 3.
We are informed by the counsel for petitioner, in response to the query, that a reply has already been submitted on 02nd June 2025 to the notice dated 22nd January 2025, issued by the Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Societies. 4.

of the account have already been brought to the notice of the respondent, and the same shall again be brought to the notice of the respondent, based on the acknowledgement which the petitioner possesses to that effect, within a period of one week from today.

In that eventuality, we permit the respondent to proceed with the proceedings that are initiated pursuant to Reminder No.8 dated 22nd January 2025.

We make it clear that the election programme scheduled shall go on, unless there is any statutory embargo to that effect. 7.
In view of the above observations, the petition stands disposed of. 8.
We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter, and in case, if the petitioner is aggrieved by any of the actions of the respondent, it shall be open for them to approach afresh. 9.
The date already fixed i.e. 24th September 2025, stands cancelled. 10.
