% 18.11.2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the present petition was filed for challenging the impugned order dated 18.11.2020 in Maintenance Petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. in M.T. No. 467/2018. He states, at the bar, that the final order has been passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts on 28.02.2022. Thus, the instant petition may be dismissed as rendered infructuous. In view of the above, the present petition along-with the pending application, is dismissed as rendered infructuous.
