% 09.05.20161 Mr. Ravi Nayak, learned APi' appearing on behalf of the official respondent, on instructions from the Investigating Officer in the subject FIR namely Inspector Tej Ram, Police Station- Bhajanpura, Delhi, invites my attention to the circumstance that the charge-sheet in the subject FIR has been filed against the applicants herein, as far back as on 16.11.2015. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants herein, in view of the changed circumstance as recorded hereinabove, seeks leave to withdraw the present bail applications with liberty to approach the trial Court m this behalf with an appropriate application, within a period of one week from today.

This submission is not opposed by counsel appearing on behalf of the official respondent as well as by counsel for the complainant herein. It is, therefore, directed accordingly.
