% 20.12.2018 CM APPL. 6686/2018 On instructions, Shri Gautam Narayan, learned ASC for GNCTD informs us that if directed by this Court the respondents would have no objection in cancelling the earlier online registration granted to the petitioner and permit him to apply online in the portal which would be open for three days i.e. between 22nd December to 24th December, 2018. We direct that the petitioner be permitted to apply online when the website opens from 22nd December to 24th December, 2018 and earlier

registration of the petitioner granted be cancelled. We further direct that the admission now to be conducted for the new Academic Session 2019-20 should be done keeping in view the directions issued by this Court on 03.04.2014 in the present writ petition and the notification thereunder issued by the Government of NCT of Delhi on 23.07.2018 with regard to 3% reservation for children with special needs. With the aforesaid, the application stands disposed of. Copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
