This is an application filed on behalf of the respondents for cancellation of Non-Bailable warrants issued against the respondents vide order dated 29.01.2026.

Considering the averments made in the application and the personal presence of the respondents in Court, the same is allowed. The non-bailable warrants issued against the respondents vide order dated 29.01.2026 stand cancelled.

The application stands disposed of.

The respondents are personally present in Court today. 5.
After some hearing, it is agreed that the respondents would pay a sum of Rs. 24,00,000/- to the petitioner in 12 monthly instalments, commencing from 1st May, 2026. 7th day of every month.

It is agreed by the parties that the aforesaid payment shall result in full and final discharge of the liability of the respondents under the settlement agreement.

It is agreed and undertaken by the respondents that in the event of lapse on the part of the respondents to pay any of the aforesaid instalments within the aforesaid period, the following consequences shall ensue:- i.
It shall be construed that the respondents are guilty of egregious and wilful disregard of the orders passed by this Court, entailing severe action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. ii.
The liability to pay in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 30.05.2022, together with aggregate interest, shall automatically revive.

The respondents, who are present in person, unequivocally undertake to adhere to the aforesaid undertaking.

After all the aforesaid instalments are paid in entirety, the parties shall withdraw all pending legal proceedings against each other. At that stage, any documents/cheques that may be lying with the petitioner shall be duly returned to the respondents.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. 11.
