The parties have entered into an amicable settlement which stands reduced in writing by way of I.A. 35573/2024. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respective parties submit that the parties have entered into the settlement without any fear or coercion and they shall abide by the terms agreed therein. 3.

During the course of hearing, original copy of Partition Deed dated 24.07.2024 is also handed over to Mr. Dinesh Jotwani, learned counsel appearing for the defendant.

A photocopy of the said partition deed (coloured) is retained by the plaintiff. Besides that, the title deed in its original form has also been handed over to Mr. Dinesh Jotwani, learned counsel for the defendant. 5.
