The present application has been filed by Ms. Anushree Kapadia, Advocate seeking discharge in the case on the ground that she has been instructed not to appear in the matter.

We may note that Mr. Bhaskar Upadhyay, Advocate, is present and he states that he has filed his power of attorney on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, application is allowed and the previous counsel is discharged from the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has recently received certain documents from the NDA under cover of letter dated 10.07.2018. He seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, while reserving the right of his client to file a substantive petition making relevant averments with regard to the aforesaid documents for seeking the same relief as prayed for in this petition.
