By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: "...a. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any appropriate Writ or Order thereby directing the respondent no.l to change/transfer the investigating of the case FIR no.313/2023, dated 30.05.2023, u/s 306 IPC, PS: registered at PS: Vasant Kunj South to Crime Branch or CBI or any other agency to conduct fair investigation in the aforesaid case;
b. Order investigation against the erring Police officials i.e. Respondent no.2 to 4.
c. Order/direction to the respondent no.l to add the appropriate section i.e.302/201/120B/34 IPC in the aforesaid FIR in respect of the incident of murder;..."

the statement of the complainant has not been recorded. He therefore prays that the investigation in the instant case be supervised by a senior officer. 3.
Considering the above request, the present petition is disposed of with the direction that the investigation in this case be supervised by the concerned SHO/ACP.
