Status report dated 4th April 2025 has been filed by the MCD as per which demolition action has been taken with respect to the subject property, on 26th December 2024.

It is further noted that a letter dated 27th December 2024 was sent to the SHO P.S. Shaheen Bagh, requesting to keep a strict vigil over this property, so that owner/ builder may not tamper with the seals. 3.

Photographs of concerned portions that have been demolished and sealed by the MCD on 13th March 2024 and 08th April 2024 have been annexed, along with the status report.

In these circumstances, this contempt petition stands disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach this Court in case they find continued infraction.
