% 23.01.2025 Pursuant to what was recorded in last order dated 16.01.2025, Mr.Mukesh Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, that the petitioner has still not been in contact with him and he has not received any instructions in the matter.
Mr. Zeeshan Diwan, learned counsel appearing for the complainant submits, that the complainant is out of town today. Ms. Manjeet Arya, learned APP for the State, on instructions of the Investigating Officer submits, that the I.O. is also unaware of the whereabouts of the petitioner.
In the last order, it had been made clear that if the petitioner remains unavailable, the interim protection granted to him vide order dated 27.05.2024 shall stand vacated.

In the circumstances, it is evident that though counsel has been appearing in the matter, the petitioner has neither contacted the counsel nor has he given any instructions.
In view of the above, order dated 27.05.2024 stands vacated. The I.O. is directed to take steps, as may be necessary, in accordance with law. Petition stands disposed-of.
