The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of bail in the event of arrest in FIR No.381/2024, registered at Police Station Karol Bagh for the offence punishable under Section 376(2)(n) IPC. 2.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions from Investigating Officer SI Meenu Bhan, submits that the chargesheet has been filed and, therefore, the Police do not intend to arrest the Petitioner at this juncture. 3.

In view of the above, the bail application is disposed of, along with pending application(s), if any.

The Trial Court is requested to proceed ahead with the matter in accordance with law.
