After some arguments, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application. 2.

Permission, as sough for, is granted.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that this is a case of promise to marry and the Petitioner has been in custody from 30.09.2023. 4.

It is stated that the co-accused Rekha has been arrested and the matter is listed for committal on 05.10.2024. The Trial Court is requested to fix an early date for framing of charges, preferably in the month of October, 2024. 5.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioner approach the Competent Court for grant of bail after framing of charges.
