By order dated 30th May, 2024, interim protection against arrest was granted by this Court subject to the petitioner joining the investigation. 3.
As per the status report, the petitioner has joined the investigation. It is now stated by petitioner that the parties have compromised their issues which arose out of altercation between themselves. A copy of MoU dated 08th July, 2024 is presented, executed by the petitioners and the complainant. 4.
The IO confirms that the complainant do not wish to pursue this matter any further.

The background facts and circumstances have been recorded by this Court on 20th February,2024, by which interim protection was granted. 6.
Accordingly, petitions are accordingly allowed. 7.
In light of the above, the Court is of the considered opinion that the petitioner is entitled to anticipatory bail. Consequently, in the event of arrest the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25, 000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/IO/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that the petitioner will join investigation as and when directed and not influence any witness/complainant/victim or tamper with evidence of the case. 8.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous.

Counsel for petitioner also states that the quashing petition has been filed vide diary no. 243517 on 23rd July, 2024. 10.
