In pursuance of the order dated 11.01.2021/05.02.2021, Mr. Dubey had provided the list as directed, to Ms. Ahlawat to enable her to look into the same and apprise the Court on the instructions in regard to 20 members who are before this Court. 2.

By the order dated 16.04.2021, this Court had directed Mr. Nitesh Kumar Singh to file an affidavit within two weeks from that date. Pursuant thereto, Ms. Alam, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 1 to 9 submits that the counter affidavit along with relevant documents showing compliance was filed on 21.08.2021. Ms. Alam refers to the various paragraphs, particularly para 5 of the counter affidavit and the relevant documents annexed thereto submit that the grievances of the petitioner were sufficiently redressed by the respondent. in the year 2021, no further grievances have been raised by the petitioner nor are they indicated in any of the orders of this Court following the previous order. In any case, she submits that nothing survives on that account.

This Court has considered the counter affidavit placed on record and the documents that have been annexed thereto. It appears that the grievances of the petitioner has been satisfactorily redressed by the respondent to the extent they could. Mr. Dubey has also no objection on that account.

In view of the above, having regard to the fact that the grievances of the petitioner have been readdressed by the respondent satisfactorily, nothing further remains in the present writ petition and the same is disposed of as having been satisfied by the respondent.
