% 23.02.2024 Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw this application on instructions to approach the Trial Court after the material witnesses are examined.

On a pointed query to the learned APP who on instructions, states that PW-8, PW-19, PW-20 and PW-21 are the material witnesses which remain to be examined after the testimonies of PW-2 and PW-3 i.e. father and the brother.

Looking at the fact that Applicant is in judicial custody since 2019, save and except, the period when he was on bail according to the HPC Guidelines, learned Trial Court is requested to make an endeavour to BAIL APPLN. 2718/2023 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
