The next date before this Court is 09.09.2025 and the above said application has been moved seeking early hearing. 2.

However, learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is a significant development as with respect to the same tenancy, one petition bearing No. SLP Civil No. 10112/2023 was filed by the petitioners in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and such matter was taken up by the Hon'ble Supreme Court today itself and the tenant i.e. petitioners herein have been granted time of two years to vacate the premises in question. 3.

He submits that in view of the specific directions given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the present petition i.e. CM(M) 2657/2024.

In view of the above statement made by the learned counsel for petitioner, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 5.
